Paaya foundation “ek nayi subah” works with and for women to bring pride and dignity for our girls. We aim to design training campus and programmes to realize their full potential in every aspect of life, whether home or work. We encourage women to defend themselves and escape from violence. Also we strive to make men realize the true meaning of manhood; make society enlighten real meaning of sexuality and gender; workshops on child socialization. Thus making a way to empower children, women and deprived sections of society.

The team ‘Paaya’ is inspired from the term foundation or pillar. “A Foundation for sex equality in our society”. The tenure of Paaya foundation ‘ek nayi subah’ is short yet eventful journey. The Woman behind grows every day and takes up life positively and believes in a New Day. The foundation is a registered society since October 2012 under society Act of 1860 with society Registration No. 1843-2012-2013.

The NGO stay focused on Women & Children, Health, Youth, Education, Environment & Senior Citizens.
